No, we don’t sell products online. Our website is here to showcase a selection of what we offer. To purchase, please visit one of our stores.

Do you have more products in-store?

Yes! What you see online is only a small selection. We carry a much wider variety of products, styles, and sizes in-store.

How do I know if you have my size in stock?

Stock levels vary by store. If you’re looking for a specific size or style, we recommend contacting your nearest store directly before visiting.

How do I make sure I get the right size?

You can find our size guide here, but the best way is to try items in person. Our team in store will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Can I reserve an item before visiting?

Reservations may be possible depending on availability. Please call your nearest store and our team will be happy to let you know if the item can be reserved for you.

Do you ship products?

We don’t offer shipping. All purchases are made in store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and contactless payments. Please note, we do not accept American Express.

Do you accept online payments?

No, all payments are taken in store at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item bought in-store?

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

How do I exchange an item?

Simply bring the item back to the store with your receipt, ensuring all original tags are present, and our team will assist you.

How long do I have to exchange an item?

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Are there any non-exchangeable items?

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as blouses) cannot be exchanged. Please check with staff at the time of purchase.
