ORDERING & DELIVERY

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click here and follow the instructions.

 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

You can find our size guide here, which contains size charts for various product types.

If the product you're interested in does not have a size chart, or you require further measurements not included in the chart, please contact us at support@geetanjali.uk before placing your order and we'll get back to you with the required measurements as soon as possible.

I haven't received an order confirmation.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address or mobile number when you place an order. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@geetanjali.uk just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel or alter my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after ordering, via support@geetanjali.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched we'll cancel it for you and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, sadly, we will not be able to cancel it. You can return the item to us if you wish upon receiving it.

If your order hasn't been dispatched and you wish to make changes, please contact us and we can either modify your order or issue a full refund and ask you to place a new order (depending on the scope of alteration required).

When will my order arrive?

You can find our full shipping policy here.

At this time, we only ship to UK Mainland. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and are dispatched via the Standard Royal Mail service, which takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery. After placing your order it should usually take 3 to 5 working days for you to receive it. Please email us at support@geetanjali.co.uk if it hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will look into it for you.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time we only ship to UK Mainland.

How much is shipping?

We offer free delivery for orders over £50. Prices for orders less than £50 can be found below.

Can I pick up my order in-store instead of having it delivered?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. While placing your order please select local pickup during checkout (and choose one of our two stores). Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am to 6pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days after ordering, please contact us at support@geetanjali.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following debit or credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

You can also make payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay.

I haven't received my refund.

We aim to process refunds within 1 to 2 days of an item being returned to us. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 10 working days after posting the item back to us before contacting us at support@geetanjali.uk.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

(Please note that our website return policy is only applicable for items purchased online, and not in-store. Our in-store policy differs and can be viewed in our stores. Please ask a member of staff if not sure.)

If you're not satisfied with your item for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you'd like to exchange instead, this may be possible if the alternative is available. Please contact us at support@geetanjali.uk and we can confirm if an exchange is possible for your order.

Are there any non-returnable items?

You can return the majority of items you purchase from our website. 

The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless they are damaged or not as described):

  • Blouses
  • Petticoats
  • Jewellery

How do I return an item?

You can return an item via post, or in-store.

You can find our store details here. If you'd like to return in-store kindly notify us first at support@geetanjali.uk and make sure to have your order confirmation email with you when you come. You will receive a refund on your original payment method soon after

To return via post, contact us at support@geetanjali.uk. Once we have confirmed your return, you will receive our return address to which you can post the item. Please note that you will need to arrange and pay for return postage.
