Refund policy
All purchases are made in-store. We do not sell products online.
Exchanges
Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. Exchanges are the only option.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as blouses) cannot be exchanged. Please check with staff at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is defective or damaged, please return it to the store as soon as possible. Our staff will assist you with a suitable solution.
